AI Solutions Advisor– Client Success
AI Solutions Advisor– Client Success
Love AI? Make it useful. Make people feel supported.
Are you the person who enjoys exploring a new tool—and helping someone else have that “now I get it” moment? Bring that curiosity, warmth and enthusiasm to eDist. This is an opportunity to work hands-on with AI, become a trusted product resource and help clients feel confident before and after they buy. You do not need to arrive as an expert. You do need to enjoy learning, explaining and following through.
Who we are
eDist is a Client Success organization connecting clients and channel partners with subscription software, companion products, training, support and professional services through our platform-as-a-service business. Healthcare is a core focus; our approach spans brands and industries. We create the “thrill” through useful demonstrations, thoughtful guidance and follow-through that makes people feel genuinely looked after.
Your role
Develop subject matter expertise in an assigned vendor’s products and relevant companion solutions. Your portfolio may include Microsoft Dragon Copilot and related software or hardware. Working alongside Sales, vendors and Pro Services, you will connect what the technology does with how people actually work.
What you will do
Learn the technology. Understand product capabilities, technical requirements, practical workflows and limitations. Stay current through hands-on practice, vendor education, release updates and competitive research.
Make the demonstration count. Lead engaging demos, webinars and partner presentations. Listen first, tailor your examples, explain real-world value without jargon, invite questions and establish a clear next step.
Help Sales earn confidence. Support discovery, trials and product questions before the sale. Work with Sales and reseller partners, including corporate account resellers such as Insight, SHI and Connection.
Recommend the right services. Identify needs for setup, onboarding, training, workflow guidance or technical help. Confirm needs and scope with Pro Services before commitments are made. Recommend what will help the client succeed—not unnecessary extras.
Stay involved after purchase. Reinforce product use, listen to adoption concerns and coordinate the right Support or Pro Services help. Keep clear notes, communicate next steps and close the loop.
Build and share knowledge. Work closely with eDist Pro & Technical Services on demo scripts, quick-start guides, FAQs, videos and training content. Explain product changes, flag affected materials and keep delivery teams up to speed.
People skills. Product curiosity. Follow-through.
Warm, approachable communication. You enjoy starting conversations and helping people feel comfortable. You listen thoughtfully, adapt your explanation and take satisfaction in someone else’s success.
Demonstration potential. You enjoy showing how things work and welcome opportunities to present. Classroom presentations, peer coaching and club activities count; polished webinar experience is not required.
Practical AI curiosity. You have used AI in school, work or a personal project and can explain what helped. You check outputs and protect confidential information rather than assuming every answer is correct.
Teamwork with ownership. You share credit, welcome feedback and coordinate willingly. You organize competing priorities, track commitments and keep people informed until the work is complete.
Accuracy and sound judgment. You verify product claims, follow approved security and privacy practices, and speak up respectfully when a request needs clarification. You are comfortable saying, “Let me confirm that,” rather than guessing or overpromising.
Energy for learning. You are comfortable with everyday software and willing to learn Microsoft tools and vendor products. You try new approaches responsibly and turn feedback into better demonstrations, content and client guidance.
New to the field? You belong in the conversation.
New graduates, career changers, current eDist team members and candidates with relevant experience are welcome. No specific degree or minimum number of years is required. Show us how you learn, communicate and help people. Coursework, internships, campus activities, volunteering and personal projects all count.
Helpful, not required: experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot Agentic or Teams, healthcare workflows, customer service, reseller channels, product support, training content or companion software and hardware. Prior Dragon Copilot expertise is not required.
Why this work is rewarding
Work with AI and business technology, not just talk about it. Enjoy variety across demonstrations, client conversations, product learning and content creation. Build expertise through vendor education and collaboration with Sales and Pro Services. Bring ideas that make technology easier to understand—and see your work help people every day.
A real-world moment in this role
A client enjoys your demo but is unsure how their team will get started. You ask about their workflow, show a relevant example and identify where onboarding or training would help. You coordinate the recommendation with Sales and Pro Services, make the handoff clear and check back after purchase. The client feels supported; Sales knows what was promised; the delivery team understands the goal.
What success looks like
Clear, accurate demonstrations. Clients who feel heard. Useful service recommendations. Responsive follow-up. Current learning content. Teamwork that supports adoption, license growth and lasting relationships.
Bring your curiosity. Help people succeed.
